This Shipping Policy explains how BottleRoam processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through bottleroam.shop.

1. Free Worldwide Shipping

BottleRoam provides free standard shipping worldwide on eligible orders.

No minimum purchase amount is required unless otherwise stated during a specific promotion.

Free shipping does not necessarily include:

  • Expedited shipping services.
  • Customs duties.
  • Import taxes.
  • Brokerage fees.
  • Remote-area surcharges imposed by local carriers or authorities.

Any additional charges required by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically reviewed and prepared before shipment.

Processing may include:

  • Payment verification.
  • Fraud prevention checks.
  • Address verification.
  • Inventory confirmation.
  • Product inspection.
  • Packaging and shipping-label preparation.

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high demand may require additional processing time.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is generally 7–10 days after the order has been processed and shipped.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may take longer due to:

These charges are determined by the destination country and are not controlled by BottleRoam.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that ordered products may legally be imported into their destination country.

5. Customs Duties and Taxes

Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customs duties, import taxes, and related fees are the customer’s responsibility.

BottleRoam cannot:

  • Predict the amount of customs charges.
  • Control customs processing times.
  • Mark orders as gifts to avoid duties.
  • Declare a false product value.
  • Reimburse fees charged by customs authorities.

Refusing a package because of customs charges may affect refund eligibility.

6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

When tracking is available, a shipping confirmation email will be sent after the order has been dispatched.

Tracking information may take several business days to update after the shipping label is created.

Some international or local carriers may provide limited tracking information during parts of the delivery journey.

7. Multiple Packages

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately.

This may occur because products are stored in different fulfillment locations or require different packaging methods.

When an order is divided into multiple shipments:

  • Packages may arrive on different dates.
  • Separate tracking numbers may be provided.
  • No additional standard shipping charge will be applied.

8. Accurate Shipping Information

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

  • Country.

BottleRoam is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because of incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the customer.

9. Address Changes

Contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address.

We will attempt to update the address before fulfillment. However, address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been processed or shipped.

BottleRoam is not responsible for packages delivered to an address correctly entered by the customer during checkout.

10. Delayed Shipments

If your package has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please:

  1. Review your tracking information.
  2. Confirm the shipping address in your order confirmation.
  3. Check with household members, neighbors, reception desks, or local delivery offices.
  4. Contact the carrier if tracking shows a delivery attempt.
  5. Email BottleRoam for further assistance.

Please note that customs and carrier delays may require additional investigation time.

11. Lost Packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the carrier confirms that the package is lost, contact us at support@bottleroam.shop.

We may request:

  • Your order number.
  • Confirmation of your shipping address.
  • Tracking details.
  • Written confirmation from the carrier.
  • Additional information needed for an investigation.

Depending on the circumstances, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

12. Packages Marked as Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

  • Check all entrances and secure delivery locations.
  • Ask household members or neighbors.
  • Contact the local carrier.
  • Allow a short period in case the package was scanned before final delivery.

If the package remains missing, contact us. We will assist where reasonably possible, but packages confirmed as correctly delivered may require a carrier investigation.

13. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, photograph:

  • The outer packaging.
  • The shipping label.
  • The internal packaging.
  • The damaged product.
  • Any missing or broken components.

Send the photographs and your order number to support@bottleroam.shop as soon as possible.

Please retain the packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

14. Refused or Unclaimed Packages

Packages refused by the recipient, left unclaimed, or returned due to failed delivery attempts may be sent back to the sender.

Refunds for such orders will be reviewed after the package is received. Additional shipping, customs, or return charges may be deducted where permitted by law and where the return resulted from customer error or refusal.

15. Delivery Restrictions

We may be unable to ship to certain locations due to:
